Jayanai Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Start

1 Introduction & Eligibility

These terms and conditions apply to the Jayanai platform (jayanai.best) and all related services. Jayanai is operated by an internationally registered online gaming company, providing services specifically for users in Bangladesh.

By accessing the Jayanai website, creating an account, placing a bet, or playing a game, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration

3 Age & Eligibility

Jayanai's services are available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the Jayanai platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Your date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration.
• At the time of your first withdrawal, you may be asked to provide a national ID card or passport for age verification.
• Anyone who uses an account on behalf of a minor assumes full legal responsibility.
• Jayanai may request age verification at any time.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — turnover requirements must be completed first.

6 Betting & Games

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• Jayanai reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.

• Server data is final — if the information displayed on a user's screen differs from server logs, the server logs take precedence.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Jayanai's systems.
• Placing bets based on insider information or match-fixing.
• Using Jayanai's brand or logo without permission.

Violating any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Jayanai reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of the terms and conditions.

• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may close their account at any time. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be available for withdrawal. However, bonus balances will not be returned if the turnover requirements have not been met.
